Thoughts on Seven Wishes

Awesome!

First….. ALL THREE BOOKS OUT AT ONCE??? That’s fantastic, startling and perfect, since this book is so great I can’t wait to dive into book 2!

Second… bully? Not so much. Cruel is a bully book, this is far from it, thankfully. I’m not too keen on them, but I couldn’t resist the fall of a completed series. Glad I listened. This is great! A fresh take on the paranormal theme with enticing world building and unique characters.

Favorite Lines:

Hello judgment, my old friend, (11%)
…but they thought I was a twenty-four-carat jerk. When, at most, I was fourteen-carat. (28%)
Anything was better than the elliptical, which had to have been made by Satan. (44%)

Pros:

  • Well written.
  • Love Eve!
  • Academy is very unique
  • Outstanding narrative about paranormals.
  • Metaplot is forming.

Cons:

  • Little hard to figure out who is who till the characters are more defined.

Verdict

5 out of 5 Stars

Fantastic start to an intriguing and unique PNR series. This book is listed as a ‘Bully Novel’… but I don’t just see it. Honestly. Don’t be scared, this one is easy to swallow and creates a beautiful story. Free on KU.
