What is it about?

(Blurb from GoodReads)

Welcome paranormal delinquent… We hope you enjoy your stay at Wicked Reform School.

To facilitate this, we have a few rules:

1) Never disobey your instructors or staff
2) Be at the appointed place at the appointed time
3) Fights will not be tolerated (unless sanctioned by your guards)

If you follow these rules, you’ll be fine. If not, well…

They didn’t have to say anymore. Everyone knew the ending to the sentence. Reform or die…it was our only choice. Because this wasn’t a school, it was our prison.

Thoughts on Revenge – House of Nephilim

First thought? Twisted. Seriously, the plot weaves and flows, dragging the past into the present and smacking all the characters in the face – but it’s called Revenge for a reason. Eden it out for it, and her targets have no idea what’s gunning for them.

To start off, the Female Protagonist in question, Eden, kicks off her mission by getting herself arrested, something the powers that be have been trying to do for years. Little did they know that she would venture willingly into the Lions’ Den, but where else would she go? The remaining Lord of Havoc are there…

That is just a taste of the diabolical machinations that imbue this narrative. Misconceptions, untruths, deceptions and shadows, they all come out to play, and it’s a game none of them may be ready for.

There were moments when I felt I was running to catch up to the plot as far more often than not, it’s. breakneck speed that left me reeling. Eden has a purpose, and we are just along for the ride – even if there were a few times I wasn’t certain what that purpose really was.

Revenge is technically Book 9 in the Wicked Reform School series, though it can be read and enjoyed alone.
