My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Down & Dirty
If you have triggers, stay away. That said, this book takes a dark path down into the depths as our main characters continue to struggle to attain all the pieces of the Mating Amulets. It’s twisted, morbid… and hot as fuck. Free on Kindle Unlimited.
What is it about?
(Blurb from GoodReads)
After a harrowing stop in the Tiger Nation, Itzel’s crew continues on, this time in search of answers about Itzel. But they’re not the only ones on the hunt.
King Ocelot and Camila want the amulets back, and they’ll stop at nothing to get them. To save Itzel, her crew must find the reclusive Snow Leopard monk before Camila’s crew catches up and stops them… For good.
Note from the Author
(Trigger warning: This book features material that may be more than most readers can handle, including violent dubcon and EXTREME taboo. If you have hard limits, I recommend returning this title for a refund).
Thoughts on Hunted Princess
Holy fucking shit…. what did I just read??
The end of book 2 cautions that the remaining parts of this series will be brutal and trigger filled…. pay attention. This author is NOT fooling around. She means it. Book 3, in between revelations, traumatic situations and struggling relationships, features necrophilia, non cons, and incest… just to start the pile of WTF? But…. and here’s the big but…. it’s still a freaking good read… IF YOU CAN HANDLE IT. It’s rough, harsh and worthy of most every warning out there.
Now, if you are lucky enough to be trigger free, or just really like your reads on the darker side of life, then this book fits, and fits well.
Pros:
- Secrets are revealed.
- We finally get to see what’s so special about her.
- Shadow… He’s still my iffy favorite.
Cons:
- Holy crap on toast…. just check the triggers and hold the F on.
- Felt like this one lacked a bit in plot.

My Final Verdict on Hunted Princess

Dark, sinful and delightfully taboo, this book not only stretches the limits, it pushes past them and dares you to keep up. With strangely compelling characters and a situation that longs for closure, Book 3 is leading up to an epic, and probably explosive, Book 4. Free on Kindle Unlimited.
