Down and Dirty

Totally ridiculous and void of plot, it still somehow manages to offer an hour of guilty entertainment with a smutty smile. Free on Kindle Unlimited.

What is it about?

(Blurb from GoodReads)

I’m new in this Montana shifter town and no one will even so much as glance in my direction.
My father has made sure of that.
He’s the Sheriff and he’s got three rules:
1. Don’t talk to my daughter.
2. No fighting between crews.
3. See rule #1.
I’m all alone and wishing for someone to look my way.
And then someone does.
A mean looking grizzly bear shifter named Damon Ridge, and once he sees me, he refuses to look away.
This rough, wild-looking man keeps telling me I’m his mate.
He keeps saying he’s going to claim me.
That I belong to him.
I didn’t realize how possessive a bear shifter could get.
If I knew how obsessed these huge men could be, I never would have come here.
But now that I know how it feels, I’m never going to leave…

Do you like an alpha who snarls in the streets and growls in the sheets? Damon is a dominant Over-The-Top grizzly bear shifter who will have you howling for more.

Thoughts on Bare for The Alpha

This short story is absolutely ridiculous… and that’s exactly why you should read it. It’s fast, hot and seriously over the top, just like the author claims. An alpha male to beat all alpha males and a woman just begging to be claimed – it’s crude, totally rude and tropey enough to make you roll your eyes. I kinda loved it. Lol!

Pros:

  • Tropes are good, when they are supposed to be there.
  • So in your face it’s gag worthy, like it is supposed to be.
  • Steamy.

Cons:

  • Very short.
  • Very crude. But eh, goes with the territory. Just know what you’re getting.

Verdict

3.5 out of 5 Stars

Silly and trope filled, this book is – as the Author very clearly states – OVER THE TOP! Nuts, forceful and just crude enough to make you squirm, it free on Kindle Unlimited.
