What is it about?
(Blurb from GoodReads)
My name is Karma…and yes, it’s my job too.
Since I was eighteen, I have used my powers to deliver karma to those in need like all of my other family do.
Only they are much better at it.
I deliver much needed karma to both good and bad humans, but mainly the bad as it’s more fun.
The only rule of the job?
Don’t talk to the other gods, especially not the powerful ones, and definitely don’t accidentally kill one of them… whoops.
Now the twin gods of justice are after me, and not even my family can save me now.
If I’m caught, it will be a one ticket pass to the gods re-correction prison. It’s a place where more than mere gods are locked up and no one ever escapes.
Even gods can’t escape their fate…but they sure can try to run.
G. Bailey is one of my favorite authors, and this book just reinforces why. A whole new world with unique rules, old Gods and singular purposes – along with a prison that isn’t a prison and crimes that are justice in disguise. It’s beautiful and convoluted, yet not confusing. Can’t wait for book 2 to drop on June 8th!

Slow brewing romance, MMMF
- Well written!
- Flows easily and Transitions smoothly.
- Great world building.
- I love ALL the characters.
- Kit, the goblin…. I want one.
- Minor editing issues.
- Prologue makes no sense, it’s an excerpt from Chapter 1….
“I also don’t think she would believe me if I said I hide my box of gold at the end of a rainbow, as rainbows are the safest bank storage in the magical world.” (5%)
“Did you just call me little again? I’m short, not little, and that is super offensive,” (56%)
You should definitely pick this book up, it’s great and promises a wonderful Book 2!
